Marco Barrientes

Marco is one of our judges on Saturday the 22nd for the steer show. He is a retired Ag Science Teacher from Sharyland ISD. Marco has judged at the district, jackpot, & county levels across the states of Texas, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, & Arizona.

Steer and Heifer Judge

Wade Shackelford

Wade Shackelford and his wife operate Shackelford Cattle Company in Gunter, Texas. He is a former Agriculture Science Teacher at Prosper ISD. He has judged numerous county, regional, and state fair steer and heifer shows in 10 states. Wade is an alumnus of Tarleton State and achieved his master's from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant OK. 

Heifer Judge

Ryan Rash

Ryan Rash is originally from Crockett, Texas, and has been at livestock shows regularly since his childhood. He graduated from Texas A&M University and is a former collegiate livestock judging champion for A&M. Ryan is the owner of SBCC, a consulting and cattle company. He works full-time for the Texas Junior Livestock Association and The Showbox magazine, a livestock publication company. He has judged all over the United States as well as internationally.
